★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a minivan for our family of 5 for a 2 week road trip. I received a confirmation and then a couple days later, I received a call from FunCar from a woman asking how many passengers we have. I told her we have 5 people so she said, "oh okay. So you don't need 7 seats. You can have 5." I stated that we will have luggage plus my son's car seat so we need the bigger car. She said okay. Later that night, I emailed FunCar to confirm that I will get the van. They stated it is not available but I can have a station wagon instead that seats 5. I already own a car that seats 5 people. I don't need to rent one. We need the bigger vehicle to fit our family, 2 weeks worth of luggage and sports equipment, a cooler, etc. The confirmation states that if the vehicle requested is not available, I would get a comparable car or an upgrade. Well, a smaller car is not an upgrade. In fact, it's a downgrade and one I don't need.
I've rented hundreds of cars in my life and this is the first time this has happened. Why advertise a car if it is unavailable and why send a confirmation if it is useless?
Dealing with Nicole T. via email was pointless. She is rude. I will never rent a car from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 5 stars for reviewing because ,there are no hidden costs, their cars are new and modern.. The lady Nikole is very nice and cooperative.. One this you should make sure that the online reservation is not 100% right maybe you reserved online but the car is not available this is the only (con) should be mentioned.

When giving the car back, the lady who took care of us even didn’t charge for the extra 10 kilometers we had. Thank you for the great service and customer experience! I definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband, Mr JR Brooks, has rented from you for years without problems. This time, we had a puncture in the right front wheel. In a small town, no garages. No-one answered the 24hour number. Eventually a stranger helped us with a compressor to inflate the wheel and we could reach a garage by driving very very slowly.
- no Handleitung in the car (a Smart)
- no tyre kit for repairs
- at last the 24hour number phoned back, and instructed us to buy 2 tyre foams. We did this, and put this in the tyre, so we could drive again.
On coming back, the rudeness with which we were treated was not understandable at all. As if this was all our fault!!
How very very disappointing.

Prices there are affordable from 39.90 euro, a large selection of cars and most importantly, electric cars are available, Tesla Model Y, Tesla Model 3 Long Range, Tesla Model S Plaid! Polite staff will help you make a choice and arrange documents. The only thing you need is a class B driver's license.
