★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great garage, very efficient and with very polite service. No need to book, just show up early (7AM) and they will tell you if they can help you and when. If your German is not that great (like mine!), ask to speak to Erme Barmaksiz at the reception: young chap taking your case and speaking good English. If you have to wait, rest assured they will bring you a lovely cup of coffee! Note: much better service and price than your main Audi dealer. To finish it off, car returned with a complimentary full wash! I will be back!
