★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came for our honeymoon, we loved the pictures online, yet once arrived we found out the rooms were not kept clean, they barely make the beds and asked for money in order to change the dirty sheets, they don't wash used cups, therefore we bought disposable cups and still they don't even throw used disposable cups/empty cans/ used tissues in the trash.
We also felt discriminated against, once we were at the breakfast we were asked to move from one of the tables as it was reserved, therefore we asked to reserve another table for the rest of the stay, the next day, despite the fact that our reserved table had our name on it,another couple were sitting, and we had to find another table, the waitress told us " you can sit on the table another day". Such a shame for such a beautiful hotel.

I would give some suggestions towards improvements though: if your kitchen will not serve any meals, then please don’t advertise them as people might be counting on them for dinner (we couldn’t have food there for 24h due to stove cleaning); have all your employees speak English; prevent the fire alarm to trigger non stop without information (would have been nice to get a call to the room informing it’s not a real emergency instead of forcing us to leave our rest).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice location, right outside of Kaprun, with beautiful views over the surrounding mountains. Spa area is a real highlight, located on top of the building with 180 degree views! We have received a free upgrade to a suite, which was roomy and clean. Overall the staff was INCREDIBLY kind and attentive, they couldn't have been any nicer!! We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place with beautiful apartments with daily cleaning. The swimming pool and saunas were very nice and the views incredible. Good and tasty breakfast selection.
The receptionist for the late afternoon/evening was extremely friendly and up for a chat.
Highly recommend and would come back.
Only point of improvement is the kitchen inventory, there is no chopping board and spatula, so we had to chop veg on plates and use metal cutlery in the pans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful new hotel with great location for skiing either on Kitzsteinhorn or Zell am see. Very well kept facilities, including rooms, spa and wellness, fitness and restaurant. We enjoyed nightly swimming and sauna in a super relaxing atmosphere. No reservations needed for wellness, which is a very nice plus. Rich breakfast buffet with a wide selection of fruits typically not found in hotels, such mango and kiwi. Reception staff is exceptionally kind and attentive. Thanks to all at this great establishment.
