M	Melvin Ester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boven verwachting groot appartement gekregen (17). Bij aankomst bij receptie vragen waar de sleutel lag. Deze mevrouw was niet heel erg aardig en verbaasde zich wat we bij haar kwamen doen. De ligging van dit app complex is het bedte van Söll. Naast de supermarkt, skiverhuur en bushalte. Leuk dorpje en de Moonlight bar ons favoriete apres-ski bar. Groot en mooi ski gebied. Got a large apartment above expectations (17). Upon arrival ask at reception where the key was. This lady was not very nice and was surprised what we came to do with her. The location of this app complex is the bed of Söll. Next to the supermarket, ski rental and bus stop. Nice village and the Moonlight bar our favorite apres ski bar. Large and beautiful ski area.

Das Appartment ist etwas älter jedoch sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung war genau passend für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Sie haben uns ein Gitterbett bereit gestellt, weil wir mit Kleinkind kamen. Und dies ohne Anfrage unsererseits. Die Betten waren alle bezogen und wir hatten ausreichend Handtücher. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Great inexpensive apartment. We were there 5 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment is a bit older, but clean and tidy. The facility was just right for a family of 4. They provided us with a cot because we came with a small child. And this without any request from us. The beds were all made and we had enough towels. We would book this accommodation again at any time.

J	J. H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Apartments sind ruhig zu einem Innenhof gelegen und sind in Bezug auf ihre Größe für zwei Personen ideal. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Hohe Salve ist auch sehr schön. Die Einrichtung ist jedoch schon ziemlich "in die Jahre gekommen" und wirkt düster und verlebt. Elektrogeräte (zB Kaffeemaschine) funktionieren nur bedingt. Für ältere Personen könnte die steile, rutschige und wenig beleuchtete Treppe gefährlich sein. Abendessen (bei Halbpension) gibt es "Auf da Mühle", welches qualitativ gut ist. Die Schlafcouch ist aufgrund ihrer Größe nur für Kinder geeignet. The apartments face a quiet inner courtyard and are ideal for two people in terms of their size. The view from the balcony of the Hohe Salve is also very nice. However, the interior is already quite "old" and looks gloomy and worn out. Electrical devices (e.g. coffee machines) only work to a limited extent. The steep, slippery and poorly lit stairs could be dangerous for the elderly. Dinner (with half board) there is "Auf da Mühle", which is of good quality. Due to its size, the sofa bed is only suitable for children.

Near Soll are lots of places to visit like Svarovsky Museum, Insbruck Zoo or aquaparks. It is not important what season you will come because there is lot things to do and visit.

Reception were very accommodating to my needs and tried to help with my WiFi issues, as I had to work mornings - however the WiFi was useless and I ended up using my 4G via my phone. I take issue with the way in which it was booked, we booked based on a 'free' offer from Lesen+Reisen. The kind of free which actually costs hundreds of Euros extra. L+R have been useless in responding to our complaints and while I accept that this is not the responsibility of Schindlhaus I feel this is still an appropriate place to mention it.
A	Andriy Tarasenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception is only open from 8:00 to 12:00. If you come after 12:00 no chance to get your guest cards and some information about the activities around. Final cleaning 40€ extra. And there is even no soap in the Bathroom.
