★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen Stiefel um 150 Euro gekauft bei dem von Anfang an der Reißverschluß klemmte und nach einigen Malen tragen kaputtging ! Ich brachte ihn ins Geschäft und man versprach ihn zu reparieren ! Nach fast 3 Wochen holte ich ihn ab und merkte dass er genau an der selben Stelle wieder klemmte ! Es wurde aber diesmal nichts mehr unternommen und der Chef teilte mir mit ,dass der Schuh aus Italien ist ,da kann man eh nicht reklamieren und außerdem gibt's auf Reißverschlüsse keine Garantie ! Pech gehabt . Zum Schluß gab er mir noch einen ZETTEL MIT MIT TIPS WIE MAN SCHUHE PFLEGT ! ( ???)
I bought a boot for 150 euros that had the zipper stuck from the start and broke after a few times! I brought it to the store and they promised to fix it! After almost 3 weeks I picked him up and noticed that he was stuck in exactly the same place! But nothing was done this time and the boss informed me that the shoe is from Italy, you can't complain anyway and there is no guarantee for zippers! Bad luck . At the end he gave me a note with tips on how to care for your shoes! (???)
