Beinahe wird ein falsch ausgezeichneter Schuh vor unseren Augen bei Kaufabsicht umgepreist. Auch sonst eher Naja Behandlung. Dafür gehe ich nicht in die Stadt. Unfortunately, no place you can recommend. I did not annoy me for the first time. So you do not go with customers. Almost a wrongly excellent shoe is reversed in front of our eyes when placing a purchase. Also more naja treatment. I do not go to the city for that.

Scheinen absolut keinen Arbeitswillen zu haben, jedes Mal wenn man fragen stellt, wird man an einen anderen Ort geschickt. Ich bin bereit viel Geld für Schuhe und ein Freundliches Personal auszugeben, da Punkt zwei jedoch hier nicht erfüllt wurde, werde ich dieses Geschäft nie wieder betreten. It's been a long time since the staff were so unfriendly as here. The last time was here too. Seem to have absolutely no will to work, every time you ask a question you are sent to a different place. I am willing to spend a lot of money on shoes and a friendly staff, but since point two was not met here, I will never enter this shop again.
V	Viv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Kundendienst auf der Welt! Ich empfehle diesen Laden nicht, weil die neue Verkäuferin (sie trägt keine Uniform) sehr unhöflich, unverschämt geldgierig. Sie haben ein Fehler bei der Rechnung gemacht (doppelte Kosten für nur ein Paarschuhe), na ja wir sind nur Menschen und deshalb habe ich ihr Fehler entlassen. Der wichtigste Punkt ist:Obwohl ich die Extra-Kosten für die saubermachend Dienst nicht wünsche, hab' Nein gesagt, sie hat dennoch lediglich die Extra-Kosten in der gesamte Rechnung ausgestellt. Nach 30' Wartezeit für die Geschäftsführerin dieser Fehler beseitigen, alle Verkäuferin und die Chefin mich erpresst haben, dass wegen die Zusatzartikel gebucht wurde, muss ich die Menge bezahlt. Hingegen dazu ist der Gesichtsausdruck von Ihnen so ärgerlich, als ich mich über diesen Beitrag erkundigte. Die Menge sind nur 9 EUR, d.h. bezahlte ich, weil ich niemals zurückkehren will. Salamander soll ihre Kundendienste und ihre Verkäuferin überprüft, oder die Laden wird bald geschlossen. Worst customer service in the world! A	Ashraf Farhar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this brand since I was a teenager and because of that as soon as I saw a store I went in and bought a pair of boots. the next day I wear the boots for an hour but when I got back home I noticed it's defected so I took it back to the store and explained the problem to the front desk lady she said it was my fault with the very rude attitude she said she can't refund or exchange it. After long desction I told her I will desput the charges with my credit card company and also I will be leaving in 2days from Veiana with the boots if you want it or you don't then she finally agreed to refund the charges.with very angry manner. I honestly don't understand why these brand name companies haire sach a unprofessional and rude employees that they don't know how to treat their customers. very sad.
