 Since I intend to go skiing more regularly again, I found out about suitable equipment. I received friendly and competent advice and was even allowed to test something for free. I now have awesome equipment! Thank you: D

Since I don't ski that often, I don't have my own equipment - but thanks to you, it's not even necessary. I felt well advised and the equipment I rented fit perfectly! Thanks!

Top advice, great service, very friendly and very courteous!! I can only recommend 100%. Despite the high number of customers, it was quick and easy to process and very competent advice! Can't complain a point.

Very unfriendly & unqualified staff, they give you outdated equipment at high prices and then try to oversell you.
Better go some 5 meters to Intersport, they have qualified & friendly staff there, cheaper prices and are compe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take a picture of anything you rent here first! I hired two snow boards for my daughters. When we arrived at the top of the mountain we realised that they installed two left bindings on one board. There are worse things that could happen so we accepted this. When then my daughters return the boards without us the staff requested 7 euros to fix a minor scratch on one of the boards, which my daughter paid. She told me about it back at the car and within 10 minutes I was back in the shop asking to take a picture of the scratch. They told me it's already repaired and I can't take a picture. This is incredible, we have never experienced anything like this when hiring snow gear. This is normal wear and tear, and they should fully disclose this upfront if they wish to have the equipment returned as new. Therefore I asked them then for a refund for mounting incorrect bindings. Of course they refused that but refunded the scratch repair. Terrible way of doing business, very short sighted and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say the recent 5 star ratings are suspect. The people don't write anything. Our experience with this man in this store was delporable and lines up with the experiences of the other one star reviews. This man was combative with everybody that walked in while we were there. His anger had my daughter paralyzed. When i commneted on it he told me to leave. It was bizarre. Do yourself a favor and do not step into this store unless you enjoy abuse.
