★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skiservice 29€ gebucht. Alles ok, dann allerdings am Tag danach noch 8€ für die Bindungseinstellung (nicht mal eine Minute hat es gedauert) zu kassieren?! In Kombination mit dem Skiservice gehört das bei vielen anderen zum Kundenservice. Schade Sport Hauser, da hilft auch kein Intersport Logo. Neue Ski kaufe ich dort sicher nicht mehr!
 Ski service 29 € booked. Everything ok, but then on the day after that you still have to collect 8 € for the binding adjustment (it didn't even take a minute) ?! In combination with the ski service, this is part of the customer service for many others. It's a shame Sport Hauser, no Intersport logo helps. I certainly won't buy new skis there anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Laden, nettes Team und super Service. Wir haben dort für 8 Leute eine Snowbike Tour mit Guide gebucht. Es war echt der Hammer! Es macht einfach unfassbar Spaß den Berg mit diesen Dingern runter zu ballern. Auch unser Guide/Skilehrer war ein echt super Typ und hat uns zu Beginn gut eingewiesen, wie das mit dem Lift funktioniert und so weiter.
Jederzeit wieder und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!
Super shop, nice team and great service. We booked a snowbike tour with a guide for 8 people. It was really awesome! It's just incredibly fun to shoot down the mountain with these things. Our guide / ski instructor was a really great guy and gave us a good introduction at the beginning of how it works with the lift and so on.
At any time again and definitely to be recommended!

Very nice staff. We borrowed ski bikes and drove the slopes on our own after the short course. Good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin hier jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Gerade im Wintersportbereich hohe Kompetenz, freundlicher Service. Habe hier meine Skischuhe schäumen lassen, auch hinterher wird hier Service groß geschrieben und auf die Bedürfnisse des Kunden kenntnisreich eingegangen
I am very satisfied here every time. High competence, friendly service, especially in the winter sports sector. I let my ski boots foam here, even afterwards service is very important and responsive to the needs of the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut, es war Anreisetag und mir ist klar dass dies für alle Beteiligten immer eine große Herausforderung darstellt, aber leider wirkte das Geschäft personell unterbesetzt und das Personal damit sehr überfordert. Ich bin nachdem sich 20 Minuten kein Mensch um mein Anliegen gekümmert hat über die Straße zu einem kleinen Sportfachgeschäft gewechselt, wo ich extrem persönlich und freundlich bedient wurde.
Well, it was the day of arrival and it is clear to me that this is always a great challenge for everyone involved, but unfortunately the business seemed understaffed and the staff was very overwhelmed. After 20 minutes no one took care of my concerns, I crossed the street to a small sports shop, where I was served extremely personally and in a friendly manner.
