★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleinarl/Flachauwinkel has been improved over the last few years and is now fantastic for children, beginners, timid intermediates and veterans! A lot of alternative blue runs have been made so you can ski a red run but choose to take a blue bit where it gets difficult! Congratulation s to The Powers that Be! They have done a great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place to be if you love riding the best of snow parks (Absolut Park) or get easy access to tons of free riding terrain... not so much high alpine cliff stuff, but wonderful runs in forest terrain opening up in alpen fields, can be found all over, most often just a small hike away from the lifts, and there are also plenty of controlled areas like The Stash, Firstwand and the fields down towards Kleinarl. I try to spend time here every season together with my family.
