Dit jaar zelfs brand nieuwe ski's meegekregen (Atomic Redster S9) Ook de kinderen kregen goed materiaal mee (Stöckli). Heerlijk geskied. Rented ski/snowboard equipment for the whole family for the 2nd time. Very friendly/knowledgeable help. This year we even received brand new skis (Atomic Redster S9) The children also received good equipment (Stöckli). Great skiing.

Schnell vor dem Mittag noch einen Helm verkaufen ..."Auch wenn er etwas drückt, nehmen sie lieber diesen Helm, der muss so fest sitzen"... War ja auch das teurere Modell. Von den weiteren Varianten hätte er keine Ahnung. Das ist echt traurig für ein Fachgeschäft Unfortunately, the employee was not in the mood for sensible and qualified advice. Selling a helmet quickly before noon ... "Even if it is a little too tight, it is better to take this helmet, it has to fit so tightly" ... It was also the more expensive model. He would have no idea about the other variants. That's really sad for a specialist shop

Went to Sport 2000 Perner GmbH, picked up a beutiful leather Lowa boots - too bad it was 0.5 size small… having tried again at home we called the shop, sent back the boots, right size replacement replacement received in 5 days (I’m living in Hungary)! This is what I call Customer Service - with capital letters…. Highly recommended!
