Vieles ist lagernd zum Mitnehmen, ansonsten gibt's genug zum Anprobieren, bestellte Artikel werden schnell geliefert. Die Preise sind nicht günstig, aber der Qualität und Funktionalität angemessen, hinsichtlich Multi-sport-funktion und Packmaß gibt's nicht viele Alternativen. Very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and wide choice. Much is stocked to take away, otherwise there's enough to try on, ordered items are delivered quickly. The prices are not cheap, but the quality and functionality appropriate, in terms of multi-sport function and pack size, there are not many alternatives.
e	eike m. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich... Auf der Suche nach einem Geschenk hat die Verkäuferin direkt mehrfach versucht, uns zum Kauf eines Gutscheins zu drängen. Da uns das zu unpersönlich war, haben wir nach etwas Konkreteren gesucht. Dabei sind wir auf eine Jacke gestoßen, die wir auf einem Tisch beiseite gelegt haben. Wir wollten jedoch noch weiterschauen, ob wir etwas anderes finden. Währenddessen wurde die Jacke einfach wieder weggeräumt. Die Krönung war jedoch, dass die Verkäuferin mich dann plötzlich gefragt hat (während ich beim anprobieren von Pullovern war), ob ich nicht draußen warten könne, damit ein anderer Kunde bedient werde könne. Aufgrund der Corona-Maßnahmen wären nämlich nur max. 3 Personen im Shop erlaubt. Eigtl. hätten wir Waren im Wert von mind. 300€ gekauft, da wir von Skinfit als Marke grundsätzlich begeistert sind. Aber nachdem wir einfach aus dem Laden geschmissen wurden, werden wir defintiv nicht mehr bei Skinfit Villach einkaufen. Kundenorientiert sind auf jeden Fall anders aus. Incredible... While looking for a gift, the seller tried several times to urge us to buy a voucher. Since that was too impersonal for us, we looked for something more specific. We came across a jacket that we put aside on a table. However, we wanted to keep looking to see if we could find something else. Meanwhile the jacket was simply put away again. The icing on the cake, however, was that the saleswoman suddenly asked me (while I was trying on sweaters) whether I could wait outside so that another customer could be served. Because of the Corona measures, only a maximum of 3 people would be allowed in the shop. We would actually have bought goods worth at least € 300, because we are fundamentally enthusiastic about Skinfit as a brand. But after we were simply thrown out of the store, we will definitely no longer shop at Skinfit Villach. Customer oriented are definitely different.
