Können manche schlechte Bewertung hier überhaupt nicht verstehen!!! Dass es halt mal etwas Zack Zack gehen muss damit jeder schnell seine Ausrüstung bekommt ist doch klar und dass ich diese wieder sauber zurückbringen muss sollte selbstverständlich sein. Aber naja manche sollten einfach zu Hause bleiben :-)) Wir kommen nächstes Jahr jeden Fall wieder. Besonderes großes Dankeschön an Silke....du bist echt cool drauf und super sympathisch Actually 10 out of 5 stars! Super brilliant team !!! Top support, great bikes and equipment. Can not understand some bad reviews here at all! It goes without saying that it has to go a bit zack zack so that everyone gets their equipment quickly and that I have to bring it back clean and clean. But well some should just stay at home :-)) We'll definitely be back next year. Special big thank you to Silke .... you are really cool and super personable

Jederzeit zu empfehlen. We had e-bikes to change our brake pads. Very courteous and prompt handling of our request by a really very competent team. To be recommended at any time.

Bei der Abholung stand schon alles bereit, dank online Reservierung war die Abwicklung in 5 Minuten erledigt ! Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Bei der Rückgabe alles bestens funktioniert ! Kann man mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen ! Have an E fully mountain bike from. 11 to 15 07 borrowed here! Everything was ready when you picked it up, thanks to online reservations, the process was completed in 5 minutes! The personnel was very friendly and helpful! When you return everything works fine! I can recommend it with a clear conscience!

Ebenso ist immer ein guter Humor dabei und sie bringen einen zum Lächeln. Preis Leistung stimmt und wir danken für die gute Beratung. We were a group of 5 and opted for the downhill bikes, the staff were courteous and prepared the packages for us. There is also always a good sense of humor and they make you smile. Price performance is right and we thank you for the good advice.
R	R B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeel kwam niet vriendelijk over. De meneer met tatoeages was zeer kort. We wilde weten wat het koste om een fiets te huren , voor afdaling van de berg. Het was niet druk in de winkel, maar de beste meneer was kort af. De prijs die werd aangeven was veel te hoog voor een dag. Kwam neer op 100€ materiaal per persoon voor 2 a 3 afdalingen. Veel te duur, en nog onaardig te woord gestaan ook. Ik besteed me geld wel ergens anders. Staff was not friendly. The gentleman with the tattoos was very short. We wanted to know how much it cost to rent a bike for the descent of the mountain. The shop was not busy, but the best gentleman was short. The price indicated was much too high for one day. Came down to 100 € material per person for 2 to 3 descents. Far too expensive, and unkindly spoken too. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Peccato che la mia bici ha il posteriore rovinato e quando chiedo di cambiarlo, mi dicono di no che va bene così. - ci affittano anche casco e protezioni senza un minimo consiglio tecnico. Infatti il tracciato si rivela una discesa che non necessita di protezioni e casco integrale. La giornata calda completa il quadro e così dopo la prima discesa siamo costretti a toglierci casco e protezioni pagate 19€ x 6 = un capitale Bastava un po’ di simpatia e qualche onesto consiglio per avere 5 stelle. Per finire avevamo prenotate 3 DH , ma 1 non c’era e ci siamo dovuti accontentare di una da enduro. 21 agosto 2020 Rented 3 downhill mtb: - particularly obnoxious staff - no bike damage insurance and puncture is not considered normal either. Too bad that my bike has a damaged rear and when I ask to change it, they say no, that's okay. - they also rent us helmets and protections without a minimum of technical advice. In fact, the track turns out to be a descent that does not require protection and a full-face helmet. The hot day completes the picture and so after the first descent we are forced to take off our helmet and protective gear paid € 19 x 6 = a capital A little sympathy and some honest advice were enough to get 5 stars. Finally we had booked 3 DH, but 1 was not there and we had to settle for an enduro one. 21 August 2020
