Unfriendly you have to buy a € 1,000 bike straight away. Things will just say because you don't have a lot of money

Kein Service nach 7 Wochen Wartezeit durchgeführt. Nimmt immer andere Arbeiten und Kunden vor. Sehr unfreundlich und kann nicht sagen wann das Service jetzt durchgeführt wird. Bei der Nachfrage um ein zwischenzeitliches Leihfahrrad bietet er ein verkehrsuntüchtiges Fahrrad ohne Lichtanlage mit wackligem Sattel an.
No recommendation. Untrustworthy. Zero star.
No service performed after a waiting period of 7 weeks. Always does other jobs and customers. Very unfriendly and cannot say when the service will be carried out now. When asked for a temporary rental bike, he offers a non-traffic bike without lighting system with a rickety saddle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr toller Service und hilfsbereites Personal. Bei einer Bodenseeumrundung ist leider der Magnet vom Tacho verloren gegangen und wurde hier spontan, trotz anderer Kunden getauscht. So stelle ich mir Service vor.
Very great service and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the magnet from the speedometer got lost while circumnavigating Lake Constance and was swapped here spontaneously, despite other customers. This is how I imagine service.
