This assembly project represents an absolute enrichment for the Sonnwendviertel Ost and is, so to speak, the cultural backbone of the Graetzel. I'm already looking forward to being able to make greater use of the cultural offerings again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tolles WohnProjekt das auch einen wunderbaren Seminarraum im EG anbietet. Einziger Wehrmutstroofen, bei eigentlich fairer Miete sind die 4 Euro Kaffe-, Teegeld pro Teilnehmer*in, die ganz klar zu hoch angesetzt sind.
great living project that also offers a wonderful seminar room on the ground floor. The only downfall, with actually fair rent, the 4 euros coffee and tea money per participant, which are clearly set too high.
