★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich meine Siemens Geräte nur mit einem Stern bewerten, da nach 5 Jahren zuerst die Kühl-Gefrierschrank Kombination, von meinem Dampfgarer ist mir kürzlich der Einstellknopf entgegen gefallen und jetzt aktuell holt sich der Geschirrspüler im 2 Minuten Takt Wasser!
Schade, denn bei sachgemäßer Handhabung der Geräte, wundere ich mich, dass wie gesagt, nach 5 Jahren so etwas Eintritt,
 Unfortunately, I can only rate my Siemens appliances with one star, because after 5 years first the fridge-freezer combination, the adjustment knob on my steamer recently fell against me and now the dishwasher is currently fetching water every 2 minutes!
It's a shame, because if the devices are used properly, I am surprised that, as I said, after 5 years something like this occurs,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miese Geräte und noch schlechterer Kundenservice. Keiner fühlt sich zuständig und man bekommt keinen Lösungsvorschlag und keine Rückmeldung. Enttäuschend ohne Ende. Die neue Waschmaschine Siemens „Extraklasse“ iq500 hat nach 2 Jahren zum 3. Mal ein Elektronikproblem. Nur weil der Techniker kein Problem finden kann…. Funktionieren die Programme trotzdem nicht. nur traurig und enttäuschend.
Lousy devices and even worse customer service. Nobody feels responsible and you get no solution proposal and no feedback. Disappointing without end. The new Siemens “extra class” iq500 washing machine has an electronics problem for the third time after 2 years. Just because the technician can't find a problem…. The programs still do not work. just sad and disappointing.
