★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr enttäuschend! Sowohl die Produkte, wie auch der Kundenservice! Man wird von den Mitarbeitern auf die Homepage verwiesen, die leider auch total unübersichtlich ist.
Unfortunately very disappointing! Both the products and the customer service! The employees refer you to the homepage, which is unfortunately totally confusing.

Ersatzteile überteuert (teilweise am freien Markt um mehr als die Hälfte billiger).
Friendly but unfortunately complicated and not really efficient system.
Spare parts overpriced (sometimes more than half cheaper on the free market).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miese Geräte und noch schlechterer Kundenservice. Keiner fühlt sich zuständig und man bekommt keinen Lösungsvorschlag und keine Rückmeldung. Enttäuschend ohne Ende. Die neue Waschmaschine Siemens „Extraklasse“ IQ500 hat nach 2 Jahren zum 3. Mal ein Elektronikproblem. Nur weil der Techniker kein Problem finden kann…. Funktionieren die Programme trotzdem nicht. Alles Müll. Einfach nur traurig und enttäuschend.
Lousy devices and even worse customer service. Nobody feels responsible and you get no solution proposal and no feedback. Disappointing without end. The new Siemens “extra class” IQ500 washing machine has an electronics problem for the third time after 2 years. Just because the technician can't find a problem…. The programs still do not work. All garbage. Just sad and disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 10 years ago we bought the predecessor to the Gaggenau RY492305 refrigerator-freezer with French doors, supposedly a top model of this supposedly high-end brand. It cost well over EUR 10,000 (then about US$ 14,000). A couple of months ago the freezer suddenly stopped working. We called for service and were extremely disappointed when the technician declared the entire expensive refrigerator-freezer to be irreparable--not just the freezer, but the whole thing--and that there was nothing he or the company could or would do! At that lofty price point you would expect exemplary longevity and reparability. I made several attempts to contact customer service for some kind of accommodation--no response. Gaggenau evidently has zero interest in customer goodwill once they sold you their quite ordinary but egregiously overpriced device. I will replace our fridge with another brand and never buy anything Gaggenau again.
