Ich muss jedesmal mindestens 2x einschalten, bis ein Ton kommt, der teilweise sehr stark rauscht. Habe dafür 79 € bezahlt. Andere Marken wären billiger gewesen. Werde kein Sony Produkt mehr kaufen. Unfortunately, I was tempted to buy a Sony product. Namely the wireless headphones: Sony MDRRF895K CosedRF. I have to switch it on at least twice each time until I hear a sound that is sometimes very noisy. Paid € 79 for it. Other brands would have been cheaper. Will not buy a Sony product anymore.

Da die Rechnung erst später ausgestellt wurde. Der Kundendienst beider Firmen verweist mich auf den anderen Kundendienst und ich bleibe über. Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar oder zuständig... Camera bought at the beginning of January and then unfortunately no longer available - now, almost 4 months later, nobody can tell me when the product will be available again. Keine Auskunft seitens Sony, wie lange die Reperatur noch dauert. Bekiffte Mitarbeiter an der Serviceleitung. Ernsthaft? Hunderte Mails schicken, ohne Erfolg. Einen Monat später, stehe ich noch immer ohne TV da. Ich empfehle ca. 10 TVs im Jahr, Sony kommt sicher nicht mehr vor. Sollte der TV unerwarteter Weise doch noch diese Woche eintreffen, korregiere ich vielleicht meine Meinung Why can't you give 0 stars? Repair was started on December 13th. Transport company forgot the TV in the warehouse! No information from Sony as to how long the repair will take. Stoned employees on the service line. Serious? Send hundreds of emails with no success. A month later, I'm still without a TV. I recommend about 10 TVs a year, Sony is certainly not there anymore. If the TV unexpectedly arrives this week, I might correct my opinion

Wie tief ist das Unternehmen gesunken das Kunden verarscht werden. Einfach nur Peinlich und eine bodenlose Frechheit. G	Gernot Satovitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher kaufte ich gerne Geräte von Sony. Inzwischen hat die Qualität der Geräte stark nachgelassen und der Kundendienst ist leider wirklich letzte Klasse. In Zukunft werde ich mich daher nach anderen Marken umschauen müssen, schade. I used to love buying Sony equipment. In the meantime, the quality of the devices has dropped significantly and the customer service is unfortunately really last class. In the future I will therefore have to look for other brands, too bad.
