Что бы заехать на заправку, нужно развернуться в городе. Заезд не удобный, что привело к увеличению расстояние между колонками "кто заправляет фуру с двух сторон. Парковки нет.

Da ich fast jeden Tag bei der Tankstelle bin, kann ich garantieren das die Shell vom Herrn Huber einer der saubersten und besten Tankstellen ist meiner Meinung nach. Es hat vielleicht paar Mitarbeiter gegeben die etwas unmotiviert waren, jedoch ist jetzt jeder einzelne von den neuen Mitarbeitern sehr freundlich, respektvoll und hilfsbereit. Ich habe gestern mein Reifen aufgepumpt vom Fahrrad und der Chef höchstpersönlich hat uns geholfen und der Mitarbeiter auch also bitte hört auf Blödsinn zu reden...

Hallo, ich habe früher meine Neosurf-Gutscheine in Ihrem Geschäft mitgenommen, aber in letzter Zeit sagten sie mir, dass die Maschine kaputt ist. Könnten Sie es nach der Reparatur benachrichtigen, danke.

As a loyal Shell customer, I had the worst experience in this station last night. After I filled the tank, I went inside to pay.. There was no one manned the cashier, so I looked around and found a guy on the room behind, let's called him Rit. He didn't wear Shell uniform but he accepted the payment and gave me the coupon for washing. He didn't tell me how to make the washing room door open, so when I didn't find out how, I had to go back and asked!! Minutes later, I put my car to wash and waited.. However in the middle of washing, the machine stopped working and the door opened itself (pic attached).. So I went back to tell him and ask him to fix the problem. But there was another guy now, older but he has uniform, he was chatting with another customer in the other room the whole time! The other guy called Rit, and they went to check the problem was.. After randomly pushing buttons for 10 minutes, they managed to reset the machine and Rit told the other guy, probably the error happened because I tried to open the door! What the? When I said that I didn't, he made funny face and gestures that was very insulting! Why would I lied for something like that?! I told him he could check the video from the CCTV and he made the insulting face again and told me he didn't work there, then went inside to get a new coupon to restart the machine. Why would a person who didn't work there had access to cashier machine then? I will never go back..
