 Very fast and unbureaucratic processing, great service, nothing is missing in the apartments! You won't find a comparable provider in Vienna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across an advertisement about the services of Blueground in Vienna, Austria. Having several residential real estates in Vienna, I found it interesting and contacted Blueground Vienna offices by phone on May 26, 2021. I spoke to a lady who had difficulties speaking German, but that wasn't a problem. I could not get any information over the phone and when requested to set up a meeting I was told that someone will contact me with more details and to set up a meeting. Naturally, I left my contact details. To this date, I have not heard from anyone, hence my rating! There is nothing worse than spending resources on advertisement and when contacted by a potential client, being faced with utterly unprofessional staff and lame customer service.
