They really need 2 competent workers,not only one woman who does everything and one man that is continuously drinking. 1 person is not enough for the entire local. Other than that,it's ok.

Can only agree with the other reviews criticizing the lousy staff! I’ve only received rudeness from the waitress and aggression/threatening from the manager Actually, the rude staff is the only thing about ‘Segfredo Espresso Praterstern’ that I got to experience. After waiting for about 15mins at the front (without someone coming to seat me) I assumed it was one of those fancy self serve places I’ve worked at. Soon a waitress (hopefully the receptionist) came over. I could immediately tell from her demeanor that this interaction wasn’t exactly going to be fun. She confirmed my suspicion with her first sentence, “what are you doing here”, from there on this waitress only got more and more aggressive. She (at this point quite aggressive for a 30 sec interaction) asked me what I wanted, basically but in German. So I pointed to my seat in the corner of their outdoor patio, where my drink menu marked my spot, saying I just here for a food/snack menu. Seeing his waitress disrespecting a customer, manager comes from a few meters away. I guess something was blocking the entrance, because he must have seen me from his position. At this point the conversation was increasingly gaining volume as well as customer attention. After being in the discussion for a while, as well as putting in more than his two cents, consisting mostly of his opinion of me, the manager dopped a jem, something to the nature of: “what’s the problem here anyway? Why are we yelling?” At this point, I turned and walked away; wondering how someone so incompetent could be a manager and a little about their relationship (he was so quick to be so defensive of his waitress.) Tl;DR: staff terrible, from waitresses to manager.

First of all, the waiter doesn't speak foreign languages and was quite rude. The menu is in German. So...you have no idea what to order. There are some "packages " you can order for your breakfast in a good price , but finally they brought only the half. If you have other options...just avoid.

Service was okay, staff was okay , no cafe wifi, 1 euro to use the washroom. Come here to feel rushed

The staff was not amicable at all. When I asked her to make an order, she did not even give attention. The wifi did not work either. This is the worst coffee I have been.

Nice place. There are pizza's, cocktails, also a smoking area inside. Price/quality is good. Staff is friendly. Nice, chill music, not the mainstream pop stuff. Not listed on TripAdvisor or whatever but should be. 8/10 would come again.

The place is cosy, with a great view and the food is great. The coffee was good and the food was fresh, at accessible prices. A Colazione Grande for example, which includes coffee, orange juice, water, ham, cheese, bread, butter and jam is only 5.5£ They also serve coffee to go if you don't have time to stay inside. The staff is friendly and speaks English. In the morning, the cafe wasn't very crowded and we were served quickly. I would recommend this place if you are looking to grab a bite in the morning or if you want some great coffee.
