★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most disappointing experience, I came in with my family to have a beautiful experience but as soon as I have entered the establishment the waiter was so rude, and refused to let us in, also he was so rude as he was acting like he was in charge and I was just the tourist who had no idea what was going on and so he proceeded to kick us out. Furthermore, we went to speak with the management and as the manager was being so polite with us and wanted to let us back in the same waiter came back out and refused to let us in, he also refused to speak English with me. Lastly when I said ok we will leave but I will write an honest review he said go I dare you to write I don't care, "it doesn't make a difference" so please anyone who is reading this please be aware of your rights... ( Also as I did not take his name, he was a Turkish man

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go straight to the back, they have a garden area which really nice. And their shishas as some of the best in Vienna, I suggest the the Hamburg Cold Peach.
The only thing is their service is terrible, but you tolerate it because of their quality and ambiance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, polite staff. Considering that there is quarantine everywhere, we sat in the courtyard of the institution.
The place is pleasant and calm. The working guys know several languages, even Russian)
The restaurant's cuisine is simple, but the food is delicious. I recommend to visit!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to hookah place in Vienna if I'm just looking to relax and smoke for a few hours or get some work done.
Prices are average, definitely cheaper than some of the downtown hookah places, and the shisha itself is usually very solid.
The snack menu holds up well and everything I've tasted so far has been pretty good- won't win any prizes, but gets the job done.
Service can go from very good to kind of sub par, but is usually bearable.
Depending on season and time of day, the atmosphere ranges from bright and laid-back to dark and clubby.
I'd recommend visiting during the day, especially in the summer time.
