Zunächst hat man mir die falsche Lampe gegeben, nachdem ich die richtige verlangt habe hat man mir die Lampe ohne Verpackung und mit dreckigen Fingern auf dem Glaskörper gegeben. Als ich nach der Rechnung gefragt habe war die Antwort "na bist lustig". Wenn mans vermeiden kann würde ich empfehlen hier nichts zu kaufen.
Dislikable and unfriendly. At first they gave me the wrong lamp, after I asked for the right one they gave me the lamp without packaging and with dirty fingers on the glass body. When I asked for the invoice, the answer was "well you're funny". If mans can avoid I would not recommend buying anything here.

Kaufe ausschließlich nur hier Ersatzteile ein.
Also die Öffnungszeiten Beschwerde verstehe ich nicht, da schreibt einer Samstag 8-18h........lesen hilft da schon............. Sa 9-13h.
Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen
Very competent, uncomplicated and quality spare parts at very good conditions.
Only buy replacement parts here.
So I don't understand the opening hours of the complaint, one writes Saturday 8am-6pm........reading helps............. Sat 9am-1pm.
