In meinem Fall zum Glück ein Garantiefall, somit auch keine Kosten. Unfortunately the only official Canon service partner in Vienna. But you don't let that feel, you are served quickly and in a friendly manner. In my case, luckily a guarantee case, so no costs.

H	Hartmut Geier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An und für sich sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern und mehreren beheizten Pools in einem top gepflegten ausgedehnten Palmengarten, freundliches Personal, allerdings ist das Speisenangebot im Vergleich zu vergleichbaren Hotels dieser Preisklasse unterdurchschnittlich und die Organisation der Restaurants verbesserungsfähig, einmal gibt's zum Frühstück keine Müslischüsseln und es dauert 1/4 Stunde, bis sie wieder verfügbar sind, dann funktioniert der Kaffeeautomat nicht ohne das etwas geschieht, in einem Restaurant gibt es zwar eine Speisekarte aber nur in spanisch, dann gibt es wieder nur drei verschiedene Dessert zum Nachmahl, keinen Fruchtsalat zum Frühstück und andere sicher nicht tragische aber doch ärgerliche Mängel in dieser Art. Schade, denn wenn diese Mängel nicht wären wäre es ein Toptipp. In and of itself a very nice hotel with very nice rooms and several heated pools in a well-kept, extensive palm garden, friendly staff, but the range of dishes is below average compared to comparable hotels in this price range and the organization of the restaurants could be improved, once there is no cereal bowl for breakfast and it takes 1/4 hour until they are available again, then the coffee machine does not work without something happening, in a restaurant there is a menu but only in Spanish, then there is Again only three different desserts for dinner, no fruit salad for breakfast and other certainly not tragic but annoying shortcomings of this kind. Too bad, because if these shortcomings weren't it would be a top tip.
