Letztendlich habe ich für ein Service dann mehr als das Doppelte als vereinbart, und mehr als die Kamera wert ist, bezahlt! Beware of the price! I was a verbal estimate for a service on my analog camera made to the then picking up nobody remembered. Ultimately, I've paid more than twice as much for a service as agreed, and more than the camera is worth paying for!
J	J G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich unseriöses Unternehmen - extrem überteuert Da an meinem Canon 24-105L Objektiv der berüchtigte "Err 01" auftrat, wollte ich es bei diesem Unternehmen reparieren lassen. Da mir die veranschlagten Kosten von knappen € 600,-- bei einem Objektiv, welches gebraucht um etwas unter € 400,-- zu bekommen ist, viel zu hoch erschienen, holte ich eine zweite und sogar eine dritte Meinung ein. Diese lagen beide bei ungefähr € 130,-- . Beide Anbieter bestätigten unabhängig von einander, dass das Angebot von Herrn Redl zutiefst unseriös und komplett überteuert ist. Ich hoffe ich kann einige Kunden davor schützen, ohne anderer Meinung, blind bei Herrn Redl etwas komplett überteuert reparieren zu lassen. Since the estimated costs of just under € 600, - for a lens that can be used for a little less than € 400, - seemed much too high, I got a second and even a third opinion. These were both around € 130. Both providers independently confirmed that Mr. Redl's offer is deeply dubious and completely overpriced. I hope I can protect some customers from this, without having another opinion, blindly let Mr. Redl repair something completely overpriced.

Keine Antwort dafür, einfach das ich auch zahlen soll, wenn er die Reparatur nicht praktikabel gefunden hätte. Ich finde die Antwort technisch sinnvoll aber nicht kundenorientiert. Letztendlich habe ich meine Kamera dank eines YouTube Videos selber repariert. He couldn't budget the cost of repairing my camera. From 48 eur, he said. From 48 eur to ...? No answer for that, just that I should pay if he hadn't found the repair workable. I find the answer technically sensible but not customer-oriented. Ultimately, I repaired my camera myself thanks to a YouTube video.
S	Super 8 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besser persönlich vorbeigehen. Kostenvoranschlag am oberen Ende, im Vergleich zu dem, was die Konkurrenz verlangt aber immerhin wird die Reparatur überhaupt angeboten. Nach Ablehnung meinerseits wurden die Kameras leider sehr schlecht verpackt. Bei drei Super8 Kameras kam es zu Stoßschäden beim Rückversand. Daher: nicht per Post zusenden sondern direkt im Laden abgeben. Better to go by in person. Quotation at the high end compared to what the competition demands but at least the repair is offered at all. After my rejection, the cameras were unfortunately packed very badly. Three Super8 cameras suffered shock damage when they were returned. Therefore: do not send it by post but hand it in directly to the store.

Antwort, es ist alles sehr kompliziert, es müssten gröbere Teile von meiner Kamera getauscht werden. Habe diese Aussage gecheckt - kompletter Quatsch ! Aussage vermutlich nur um Reperaturkosten in die Höhe zu treiben. 2 Frage war bezüglich eines Verkaufs einer sicherlich sehr hochwertigen Super 8 Kamera. Ich habe die Antwort so verstanden, dass ich für den Verkauf wahrscheinlich noch etwas zu bezahlen habe, da ja die Kosten und der Aufwand, um die Kamera überhaupt jemand anbieten zu können so hoch seien. Diese Aussage deckt sich überhaupt nicht mit den Aussagen anderer Fotohändler, die ich auch schon angesprochen habe. 3. Frage war, wie hoch die Kosten für einscannen von Dias sind. Mir wurde ein Preis von 1,40 € PRO DIA genannt. Natürlich auch mit dem Zusatz wie schwierig das sei (und das ich wahrscheinlich noch 3x Mal danke sagen darf). Recherche ergab: Preis für einscannen pro Dia in Premium Qualität und von einem sehr seriös erscheinenden Anbieter :0,22€ !!!! Meinen Eindruck von der Firma glaube ich muss ich nicht extra ausführen! Hier wird offensichtlich Abzocke gemacht was nur geht, irgendwelche Kunden, denen man alles verkaufen kann gibt es offensichtlich immer! Was with Mr. Redl today to inquire about repairs to my camera. I was given a price of € 1.40 PER DIA. Of course, also with the addition of how difficult it is (and that I can probably say thank you three more times). Research showed: Price for a scan per slide in premium quality and from a very reputable provider: 0.22 € !!!! I don't think I have to give my impression of the company! Obviously rip-offs are being made here what is possible, there are obviously always some customers to whom you can sell anything!
