Die Reparatur wurde in kurzer Zeit erledigt, anschließend gab es noch eine Beratung dazu. Alles wurde problemlos auf Garantie repariert (Sony A7III Verschluss). Gerne wieder, Danke für diesen tollen Service! The camera was sent from Germany because the service partners in D have really gritty ratings. Was worth it! The repair was done in a short time, afterwards there was a consultation. Everything was repaired under warranty without any problems (Sony A7III shutter). Gladly again, thanks for this great service!

Bei beiden war "Massenabfertigung" und Begriffe wie Kundenfreundlichkeit, Serviceorientiert wohl Fremdworte. Durch Zufall bin ich auf die Firma Schuhmann gestossen. ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT !!!! Ganz besonderer Dank gilt Hr. Mayr, mit welchem ich Kontakt hatte (auch die anderen Mitarbeiter am Telefon natürlich), Kundenorientiert, Freundlich, Serviceorientiert, Informativ, verständlicher Austausch von Fachwissen, sämtliche Punkte die man als ehemaliger Vertriebler, Kundenberater, Marketingberater aufführen könnte würde es die volle Punktzahl und Sternebewertung für geben. Und vor allem wurden meine Kameraprobleme am Telefon gelöst ohne das ich diese (wie bei den anderen) einschicken musste. Dieses Unternehmen ist einfach absolut Empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe ! immer wieder gerne und ab jetzt für mich die erste Adresse wenn es um Sony-Kamera geht. Die E-Mails wurden mit schneller Reaktionszeit beantwortet, und die Bearbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gerne wieder! Grüße ? Es gibt keine Frage die er nicht beantworten kann und der Service meiner Kameras funktioniert einwandfrei. In den meisten Fällen kann ich Objektive immer vorher testen, das selbe gilt auch für Kameras. I can warmly recommend the Schuhmann company, especially Mr. Reinhard Mayr who is responsible for Sony. There isn't a question he can't answer and my camera service is flawless. In most cases I can always test lenses beforehand, the same goes for cameras.

Habe gestern 30 Minuten vor Dienstschluss meine Nikon vorbeigebracht, weil der Sensor starkt verschmutzt war. Bereits heute vormittag - also nach nur wenigen Stunden - erhielt ich die Kamera gereinigt zurück. Ein großer Fachhändler in Linz, der eigentlich Nikon Produkte vertreibt, war nicht imstande, mir innerhalb EINER WOCHE die Kamera zu reinigen. Als Berufsfotograf ist so etwas nicht tragbar. Daher werde ich mich künftig bei einer Sensorreinigung nur mehr an Schuhmann wenden! Super fast service and very friendly staff! I dropped off my Nikon yesterday 30 minutes before the end of the working day because the sensor was very dirty. Already this morning - so after only a few hours - I received the camera back cleaned. A large retailer in Linz, who actually sells Nikon products, was not able to clean the camera for me within ONE WEEK. As a professional photographer, something like that is unacceptable. That's why I will only turn to Schuhmann for sensor cleaning in the future!

Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht, freundlich und wissen wovon sie sprechen. Danke! I brought my camera in for the sensor cleaning - it didn't take 3 hours - I'm really very satisfied! Nach einer Stunde habe ich bereits die Verständigung erhalten, dass diese wieder abholbereit ist. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Service like it can't be better. Brought a defective camera under warranty for repair. An hour later, I was informed that it was ready to be picked up again. The employees are also very friendly and tried hard.
