Fragte auch nach der Farbe der Bekleidung um die Farben perfekt abstimmen zu können. Nicht nur ich war vom Ergebnis total begeistert sondern auch meine Freunde. Komme sicher gerne wieder had make-up appointment and was perfectly made by Selma. I was very well advised to choose the color for eyeshadow and lipstick. April 2021 bei Frau Selma einen Fußpflege-Termin - nicht nur, dass ich äußerst unfreundlich aufgenommen wurde, außerdem habe ich noch NIE eine Behandlung dieser Art erlebt: extrem unprofessionelles und grobes Verhalten, verletzte mich auf mehreren Nägeln, und Fr. Selma fand es nicht einmal der Mühe wert sich zu entschuldigen. Hoffe, dass dieses Feedback bei der Filialleitung ankommt und berücksichtigt wird! Habe heute eine Dame um Hilfe gebeten und sie meinte, so müsse bei der Kollegin nachfragen und ich könne hier warten. Zum Glück bin ich ihr nachgelaufen, denn anstatt sich um eine Kollegin umzusehen, hat sie die zweite Kasse geöffnet und zu kassieren begonnen während ich daneben stand. Verkäuferinnen bei der gesunden Jause sind jedoch sehr freundlich und kompetent. Unfriendly and disinterested saleswomen. Schlechte Leistung!!! Ich hoffe sehr, dass dm in Zukunft bessere Einschulungen fürs Kassieren gibt!!!
