Ich habe mich für eine sehr spezielle Kamera interssiert und habe per mail eine Anfrage gestellt, die innerhalb kürzester Zeit am selben Tag beantwortet wurde. Die Art und Weise war es allerdings, die mich beeindruckt hat - freundlich, entgegenkommend und hochprofessionell. Alle meine Fragen wurden perfekt beantwortet, mir wurde für eine Bestellung sogar ein Dirketlink zu meinem von Hr. Egger bereits vorbereiteten Warenkorb im e-mail bereitgestellt. Kundenfreundlichkeit pur!
Nachdem ich dann bestellt habe, wurde mir die Kamera bereits am nächsten Tag zugestellt, TOP verpackt!
Ich bin wirklich glücklich (und ich sage bewusst nicht das Wort "zufrieden", denn das wäre wirklich zu wenig).
Also - meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

I was interested in a very special camera and sent a request by email, which was answered within a very short time on the same day. However, it was the manner in which I was impressed - friendly, accommodating and highly professional. All my questions were answered perfectly, I was even given a direct link to mine from Mr. Egger provided the already prepared shopping cart in the e-mail. Pure customer friendliness!
After I ordered, the camera was delivered to me the next day, perfectly packed!
I am really happy (and I deliberately do not say the word "satisfied" because that would really be too little).
So - my unreserved recommendation!
