Der Chef persönlich hat sich meinem Anliegen angenommen und mir alles verständlich und nachvollziehbar erklärt. Die Annahme vor Ort war von einer Freundlichkeit geprägt, die seines Gleichen sucht. Auch wurde ich wie vereinbart am Tag vor der geplanten Abholung angerufen, man teilte mir alle Infos und Eckdaten zum fertiggestellten Auftrag mit. Die Abholung selbst war dann eine Klasse für sich. Der Chef hat mir das Fahrzeug übergeben, samt einer detailgenauen Erklärung über die getane Arbeit und stand mir bei allen Fragen Rede & Antwort. Der Mechaniker half mir sogar beim aufladen meiner 660 SMC auf den Anhänger. So etwas habe Ich überhaupt noch nie erlebt. Großes Lob an die gesamte Belegschaft. Ich komme wieder, keine Frage. I've never seen anything like it before. Kudos to the entire workforce. I'll be back, no question.

Jede Frage wird umgehend beantwortet, jedes Problem gelöst. Frl.Jasmin ist die gewissenhafteste Fachkraft, die ich bisher erlebte, Werkstatt ebenfalls top. About 2 years ago I bought a 1290ADV from Schruf, since then I have received the best service I have ever received in a workshop. Every question is answered immediately, every problem solved. Frl.Jasmin is the most conscientious specialist that I have experienced so far, the workshop is also top.
