★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein kundenfreundlicherer Umgang wäre wünschenswert und bitte nicht den Kunden als Nichtwissend bei Softwareeinstellung hinstellen. Nach Rückfrage wann nächstes Service fällig ist, als Antwort steht eh im Wartungsbuch, ist gewagt. Immerhin wurde ein Neufahrzeug in 2020 dort gekauft.
A more customer-friendly approach would be desirable and please do not portray the customer as ignorant of the software setting. After asking when the next service is due, the answer is in the maintenance book anyway, is daring. After all, a new vehicle was bought there in 2020.

Update: bis jetzt 5x zum Service dort gewesen. Immer zur vollen Zufriedenheit und preislich gut angemessen. Im Frühjahr /Sommer frühzeitig einen Termin ausmachen. ☝?
