C	Christian Pfeiffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muss ehrlich sagen hatte nachgefragt was ein Service für Motorrad kostet was ja noch ok war mit der Beratung und der Mitarbeiter meinte nur ich soll einen Termin ausmachen und ich sagte nur ich rufe morgen zurück wegen den Termin man hat mich nicht einmal fertig ausreden lassen schon wurde aufgelegt und das geht mal gar nicht daher werde ich alle die ich kenne von ihnen abraten hinzugehen ich suche mir eine andere Servicestelle bin sehr unzufrieden damit Have to say honestly had asked what a service for motorcycles cost which was still ok with the advice and the staff only said I should make an appointment and I only said I call back tomorrow because the appointment has not even let me finish talking hung up and that is not possible at all so I will advise everyone I know from them to go looking for another service point, I am very dissatisfied with it

Ich war pünktlich zum Servicetermin um 15:00 dort, nach Übertragung der Autodaten in deren System, 3 Monate junger Civic, erster Ölservice nach 10.000km nichts besonderes. Dauer würde mit ca einer Stunde angegeben, habe selbst nach einem Warteraum etc Fragen müssen, zu trinken etc wurde nichts angeboten. Nach knapp 1h45min nachdem ich ca 3x im Empfangsbereich war wurde ich von hinten angesprochen bzw eher über den Verkaufstisch Wort wörtlich angeplärrt "Da Civic warad a scho fertig". Auf die Frage Schon? kam nur ein "ja wenns ned daherkommen" zurück. Die Servicekosten beliefen sich fast auf das Doppelte als bei der Terminvereinbarung angegeben wurde. Danke und nie wieder. Das Service lässt sich ganz leicht über den Boardcomputer zurücksetzen, dafür wurde für 30€ ein "Tester" verrechnet. Frechheit! I hereby share my experience to today's service. I was there on time for the service appointment at 15:00 there, after transfer of the car data in their system, 3 months young Civic, first oil service after 10.000km nothing special. Duration would be given with about one hour, have even after a waiting room etc etc have questions, to drink etc nothing was offered. After almost 1h45min after about 3x im Reception area was I approached from behind or rather literally over the sales table word "Da Civic warad a scho finished". To the question Already? only a "yes ifs came nedkommen" came back. The service cost was almost twice what was stated at the time of appointment. Thanks and never again. The service can be easily reset on the board computer, for a € 30 "tester" was charged. Impudence!
W	Walter Dreischütz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr faire Werkstätte, mein Dieselfahrzeug hatte Probleme mit dem Dieselfilter, die Werkstätte hat den Mangel sofort gesehen, sehr schnell die Reparatur durchgeführt, ich glaube, die haben meinen Honda auch an die werkseigene Software angeschlossen und letztlich wurde der Mangel in angemessener Zeit behoben, war nicht teuer, sie hätten sicher auch mehr verlangen können, aber der Mitarbeiter erklärte, sie seien eben fair zu den Kunden, was ich wirklich bestätigen kann. Mir wurde dann auch noch geraten wo ich tanken soll und bei einem solchen Dieselpartikelfehler man auch längere Strecken mit durchaus höherer Drehzahl fahren soll, sonst trete der Mangel wieder auf und dann würde die Reparatur doch teuer. Also super Reparatur mit Probefahrt und eingehender Aufklärung, habe ich so im KFZ - Bereich noch nicht erlebt, auch ist das ganze Autohaus in einem sehr modernen Zustand und die haben nach meinem Eindruck genug Kunden. Ich werde meinen nächsten Honda wohl dort kaufen, der Verkäufer nahm sich während der ganzen Reparatur Zeit, um mich über einen etwaigen Neukauf zu informieren, der Verkäufer war aber in keiner Art aufdringlich, ich habe gefragt. Super Team und man darf sich nicht wundern, wenn die noch Neuwagen verkaufen. So great repair with test drive and detailed education, I have not experienced so in the car - area, also the whole car dealership is in a very modern state and have the impression of enough customers. I will probably buy my next Honda there, the seller took time during the whole repair to find out about a possible new purchase, but the seller was in no way intrusive, I asked. Great team and one should not be surprised, if the still new cars sell.

R	Roadrunner Speedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Äußerst kompetent. Ich kenne viele Motorradgeschäfte, jedoch keines wie dieses. Ich kann nur sagen : wenn's um Motorräder geht, dann bleibt der Weg zu diesem Händler nicht erspart. Extremely competent. I know a lot of motorcycle shops, but none like this one. I can only say: when it comes to motorcycles, you won't be spared the trip to this dealer.

Hat mir alles erklärt, was ich wissen wollte Am Samstag fuhr ich von Tirol nach Niederösterreich. Als ich ankam, hatte er mir ein Kaffee angeboten. Er erklärte mir die Vergangenheit des Motorrads. Ich machte eine Probefahrt und als ich zurückgekommen bin, wollte ich das Motorrad kaufen. Er hat mir geholfen, das Motorrad einzuladen und befestigen. Bevor ich gefahren bin, gab er mir noch einen Kettenspray dazu. Der Preis war top. Es handelte sich um eine Ktm Duke 790 Danke Christian und schöne Grüße aus Tirol.
