a	anonym Anonym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrung ist,dass die Dame vom Unternehmen nicht bemüht war mit mir einen Termin für Besichtigung zu finden..die Wohnung im Eigentum zu erwerben ist schwer wenn nur bis 15 Uhr besichtigt werden kann. Ich kann mir das Eigentum leisten weil ich länger arbeite seit je her . Seit wann gibt es nur solche Büro Zeiten?? My experience is that the lady from the company did not try to find an appointment with me for a visit .. to acquire the apartment in the property is difficult if only to 15 o'clock can be visited. I can afford the property because I've been working longer since time immemorial. Since when is there only such office times ??

Segíteni nem tudnak, a véleményemet minősítik ( nem is úgy van, ahogy írtam...stb.), de amikor kulcsot másoltattam velük, olyan magas számlát kaptam, hirtelen at hittem, az egész házét én fizetem. Semmi szükség rájuk. Az egy csillag is túl sok... A company for nothing. They can’t help, they rate my opinion (it’s not even the way I wrote it ... etc.), But when I copied a key with them, I got such a high bill, I suddenly thought I was paying for his whole house. K	Kunde3001 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bis zum Einzug hat alles super funktioniert. Beim Auszug wird es dann sehr schwer. Man hat 6 Monate Kündigungsfrist, kein Weitergaberecht und auch wenn man einen Nachmieter hat. Weiters sollte man extrem aufpassen welche Mängel es gibt. Wenn man es nicht beim Einzug bemerkt werden beim Auszug Reparaturen zu einem Wucherpreis gemacht und vom Genossenschaftsanteil abgezogen. Everything worked great until we moved in. When moving out, it becomes very difficult. You have 6 months' notice, no right of transfer and even if you have a new tenant. Furthermore, you should be extremely careful what defects there are. If you don't notice it when you move in, repairs will be made at an exorbitant price when you move out and will be deducted from the cooperative's share.

Ich erhalte immer freundliche Antworten auf meine Fragen und bin mit allen Kundenservice Mitarbeitern sehr zufrieden, fühle mich da gut aufgehoben. Ich wünschte meine derzeitige Genossenschaft wäre so freundlich und kompetent. Aber wie man sagt "die Musik macht den Ton". Als wir bei Schönere Zukunft ein passendes Objekt gefunden haben, nahmen wir mit der zustänigen Person Kontakt auf und ab da lief alles wie am Schnürchen. Man hat uns stehts zuvorkommen betreut, war innerhalb der Geschäftszeiten immer Verfügbar und hatte ein offenes Ohr für unsere Anliegen. Die komplette Abwicklung von der Erstbesichtigung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe war höchst professionell. Unser Dank geht besonders an die immer freundliche Frau Stippinger, die sich trotz eines sehr vollen Terminkalenders Zeit für uns genommen hat und alle Fomalitäten in windeseile erledigt hatte. Vielen Dank! Wir freuen uns sehr über unser schönes neues Zuhause. We were looking for a nice apartment in the country, with a garden and good public connections to Vienna. When we found a suitable property at Schönere Zukunft, we contacted the person in charge and everything went like clockwork. We were always looked after beforehand, were always available during business hours and had an open ear for our concerns. The entire process from the first inspection to the handover of the keys was extremely professional. Our special thanks go to the always friendly Ms. Stippinger, who took the time for us despite a very busy schedule and dealt with all the formalities in no time. Many Thanks! We are very happy about our beautiful new home.
E	Eisen Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundlos überheblicher und abweisender Umgang mit Kunden. Bei sehr berechtigten Anliegen muss man 10mal Nachfragen und Druck machen, dass etwas geschieht. Man setzt darauf das Gegenüber mürbe zu machen, bis es von alleine aufgibt. Ein Gartenabstellraum, der dauernd 10cm unter Wasser steht muss hingenommen werden, da bei einem Gartenabstellraum eine gewisse "Raumfeuchte" zu akzeptieren ist. Das Gebäude wurde vor einem Jahr errichtet und die Schönere Zukunft "traut" sich nicht gegen die Errichter vorzugehen, dies will man lieber den Mietern überlassen. Ich bringe nun eine Beschwerde beim Genossenschafsrevisionsverband ein und überlege mir als nächstes juristische Schritte. Groundless arrogant and dismissive dealings with customers. Großteils überteuerte Vertragsvergaben ohne korrekten Umlaufbeschluss und keine brauchbaren Alternativangebote. Altverträge wurden nie überprüft oder nachverhandelt, wodurch die laufenden Kosten extra hochgehalten wurden. Schäden die eigentlich von der Versicherung des Schadenverursachers gedeckt waren wurden einfach aus der Rücklage bezahlt, etc. Beschwerden an die Geschäftsführung über die Betreuung wurden ignoriert. Die Kommunikation war überheblich und herablassend, man fühlte sich nicht als Kunde – Dienst nach Vorschrift. Wir können nur jedem „Kunden“ dieser Hausverwaltung dringend empfehlen alles genauestens zu Prüfen. Es war uns zB. nicht möglich alle Ausgaben und Einnahmen den Kontobuchungen zuzuordnen, da wir immer nur Endsummen präsentiert bekommen haben. Zusammengefasst: Hände weg von dieser Hausverwaltung und falls Sie Kunde sind alles genauestens überprüfen und Verträge und Vergaben auf Marktkonformität prüfen.
