★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Hausverwaltung wirbt mit dem Spruch: “Die Hausverwaltung hat ein Ohr für mich!“, jedoch ist das Gegenteil der Fall.
Das einzige Interesse von APPM war es, das Verwaltungshonorar zu sichern. Anliegen der Eigentümer*innen wurden konsequent ignoriert. Egal ob Wasserschaden oder Eigentümerversammlung, HV13 wurde immer nur unter Androhung bzw. Einschaltung eines Anwaltes tätig.
Absolut unempfehlenswert.
 This property management company advertises with the slogan: “The property management company has an ear for me!”, But the opposite is the case.
APPM's only interest was to secure the administration fee. The owners' concerns were consistently ignored. Regardless of whether it was water damage or the owners' meeting, HV13 was only ever acted under threat or involvement of a lawyer.
Absolutely not to be recommended.
