Keine gute Kombination no response to inquiries, never available by phone, no callbacks, I do not recommend this property management to anyone, also happily miscalculate to the disadvantage of tenants, unprofessional and arrogant. Not a good combination

Ich bin immer wieder positiv überrascht, wie rasch und kompetent die HV auf Anfragen reagiert. Beide Daumen hoch! For a year now I've been a co-owner of a house that is managed by IV Zoder. I am always pleasantly surprised how quickly and competently the AGM reacts to inquiries. Both thumps up!

Kommunikation findet NICHT statt, kommt ihren Pflichten NICHT nach, Arrogant ohne Ende und an Dreistigkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Wir überlegen noch, ob wir in einer ungeklärten Sache klagen werden! Worst "property management" ever! It's a shame that they are allowed to work this way ... Stay away if you have the choice. Communication does NOT take place, does NOT fulfill their duties, arrogant endings and impudence hard to beat. We are still considering whether we will complain in an unexplained matter!
i	ivica k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich als Hausbesorger bin mit der Hausverwaltung sehr zufrieden. Dia Hausverwaltung IVZoder Arbeitet Professionell, die kümmern sie sich um jeden Haus Punkt genau. Auch die Kommunikation zwischen Mieter, eigentümer funktioniert sehr gut. Ich als Eigentümer und Hausbesorger kann IV Zoder nur weiter empfehlen. As a caretaker, I am very satisfied with the property management. Dia Hausverwaltung IVZ or works professionally, they take care of every house point exactly. Communication between tenants and owners also works very well. As the owner and caretaker, I can only recommend IV Zoder.
A	Andrea Carausu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann die Rezensionen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Man hängt auch schon mal 5-10 min in der Warteschleife, aber wo ist das nicht. Meine Anliegen wie Gebrechen der Haustür oder Zusendungen von Unterlagen wurden immer schnell und reibungslos bearbeitet... Zu den Preisen kann ich nichts sagen, aber so schlimm wie hier dargestellt sind sie auf jeden Fall nicht (immer)... Can't fully understand the reviews. You can hang in the queue for 5-10 minutes, but where is that not? My concerns such as front door infirmity or the sending of documents were always dealt with quickly and smoothly ... I can't say anything about the prices, but they're definitely not (always) as bad as shown here ...

Auch nach monatelangem e-mail-Verkehr keine Bereitschaft etwas in meiner Liegenschaft zu verbessern, erst nachdem ein Anwalt, bzw. die Schlichtugsstelle aktiviert wurde. Selbst nach mehrmaliger Forderung, kein Rückruf durch Herrn Andreas Zoder. 'Interaktion' besteht mehr durch Ignorieren diverser Mails und Anrufe. Alles in allem sehr, sehr schlechter Service für einen Dienstleister, der zudem indirekt durch mich, als Mieter, bezahlt wird. Schade, dass man nicht 0 Sterne vergeben kann. Impossible property management. Even after months of e-mail correspondence, no willingness to improve anything in my property until a lawyer or the arbitration board has been activated. Even after repeated requests, no callback from Mr. Andreas Zoder. 'Interaction' consists more of ignoring various emails and calls. All in all, very, very bad service for a service provider who is also paid indirectly by me as the tenant. It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars.

My emails are always answered quickly. It is understood directly what is required. Someone could be reached immediately by phone.
