A	Amit Vanjani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I enjoyed our time skiing in Niederau and having drinks at SchnapsHutte bar. However, our experience was ruined by waitress Brenda. We were sitting outside and having drinks. We had a bill of around 22€ and we asked Brenda to make it 24€, we paid 40€ in cash but she gave us only 6€ back and went inside the bar. We didn't get a chance to tell her that she should give us back 10€ more, as we paid her 40. She came back later and we told her this thing. Instead of saying "sorry" like one would expect she told us that we are lying and that we gave her only 30€. Not only Brenda is dumb at math but also she is rude and called me and my friends liars. For us it's not about 10€ it's about matter of principles. We complained to the owner he was nice to us and apologised. We shook hands with the owner although in the end we never got our 10€ back. As for Brenda if you are reading this review I think you need some lessons on customer service and probably some lessons at math.
P	Patricia Eccles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful watering hole right next to the main Gondola. Good for an early morning coffee to set you up for the day. Delicious food to sustain you at lunch time and the evening for that matter. Of course a wide variety to drink from gluhwein , beer and numerous schnapps! Then there is the lively music, a fantastic atmosphere all topped off with delightful, cheerful and happy staff. The danger with the Schnapshutte is that it is easy to forget the snowsport aspect of the holiday and just stay there and have fun!
