X	Xitix Information security on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are disappointed about this hotel. It's outdated, the people are very nutral in their approach, not very friendly and welcome. The housekeeping only put the beddings straight but forget the rest like waist bins, soaps and even to refill the empty toilet paper. The price they rate for the rooms are not in balance of the quality and service we expect. The food was good but breakfast is simple and could bet much better according to their star rate (3) The waiter in the restaurant had no (!) Communication skills at all. Didn't pay any attention during breakfast if there still was enough of the main things like Milk, bread and so. We I'll not book this hotel again in the future.

D	Dennis Luwer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled to Oberau from London for 3 days of skiing and stayed at Alpenhotel Wildschönau for 4 nights. Our experience could not have been more pleasant! Check-in was quick and handled by the friendly owner, who also pointed us in the right direction in terms of lift-pass and ski-gear collection. We loved our room on the 2nd floor with lovely landscape views. The best part of our stay were the lush breakfasts and dinners served in the hotel restaurant. The very amicable and professional restaurant team, led by Brian, went out of their way to prepare exciting, often local, dishes that never failed to impress. The wine list included some lovely, very fairly priced wines. Lastly I’d like to comment on the spa facilities in the basement. We used the pool and the sauna on two occasions and contrary to one of the previous reviews, found that the sauna was very well heated indeed. The pool was heated to a comfortable 31C. We will definitely be back next year!

The rooms had a good size, and the balcony facing away from the main road were really nice. The noise from the road was a bit two loud at the Balcony, unfortunately. One room had darkening curtains which was really nice. The restaurant: Great food, very tasty and well presented. Good continental breakfast buffet. A pass is provided allowing free access to the neighbouring pool area and other activities/or alike in the area. The hotel has a nice pool in the hotel spa area.
