Was served a Jagatee with no alcohol (must have been boiled put) and politely pointed this out (in German). The waitress was insistent there was nothing wrong, and when she got me a new drink kept insisting there was no difference, even though one clearly smelt and tasted of alcohol, and one didn't. Things go wrong and mistakes happen, but don't try and make out the customer is clueless. Just apologise and sort it out. This particular customer has drank enough Jagatee in his life to know if I'm drinking one or not!
