Im Hause befindet sich seit 1972 in der 4. Generation die Uhrmacherei Schmollgruber. Der Laden mißt 15 m2.
At the corner of Burggasse / Breite Gasse is the smallest house in Vienna, built by Josef Durst in Classicist style in 1872. House name "Zum goldenen Hirschen", later "Zum goldenen Lamb". The watchmaker Schmollgruber has been in the house since 1972 in the 4th generation. The store measures 15 m2.

Very competent business with excellent and particularly friendly customer service. I was able to buy a very rare, out of print limited edition watch there and I will definitely use the watchmaker service soon! We recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a Schmollgruber automatic watch for my birthday 7 years ago. I could not be more pleased with it. It was made unique by them. Still being young and silly I did sports with and dropped it a few times on the ground. Inevitably some mechanical parts broke and the watch was not working anymore. Happened twice in 7 years. 2 months ago I sent it by mail to them. They fully refurbished and tested it for 2 weeks. I received it last week like new with a free wrist bracelet. All of the service featured were free of charge. A truly professional house.
