Noch vor dem Lockdown - wurde direkt vom Besitzer geschnitten. Fand schon die Art wie er mit seinen MitarbeiterInnen umgegangen ist fraglich aber ok.. Hat dann darauf bestanden vom Mittelscheitel zu schneiden anstatt meinem Scheitel, welchen ich immer trage. Habe zu Hause dann ein Cut in meinen Haaren entdeckt sowie eine Haarsträhne die einfach viel kürzer war als alle meine anderen Haare. Einmal Franz und nie wieder.

War noch nie so zufrieden nach meinem Friseurbesuch als Mann. Dankesehr!

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal dort und war begeistert. Es wurde am Anfang klar und ausführlich besprochen was ich möchte und ich habe den Salon genauso verlassen wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm. Es ist ein Salon in dem man sich wirklich für die Kunden Zeit nimmt. Klare Empfehlung!

Friendly, considerate and professional Hairdresser

Very professional hair dressers on a salon with modern atmosphere.

My husband booked my appointment. I asked him to find out how much it would cost and he was quoted €46.50. When I walked out of the salon, I was charged 93 euro!! I almost died. At no point during the process did they tell me it was going to cost more than the quote. For example, I was not told that the conditioner carried a 6 euro charge (surely you should ask people if they want it when they’re at the sink if it carries a separate cost? She just put it on my head without asking and told me she’d rinse it in 5 minutes). I was also not told that getting it dried would cost an extra 27 euro (why was this not factored in originally? The first time people go to a salon to get it dyed, they generally want it dried because they want to make sure the salon has coloured it correctly). They also didn’t tell me that the dye cost itself was going to be larger than the quote (have no idea why on the one). Note that the same lady who quoted my husband, did my hair. Needless to say I’m not happy at all. The salon also uses cheap plastic capes without armholes meaning that if you want to read while they’re putting on the dye, you risk it being dropped on you. This is what happened to me - they dropped a big glob of dye on my shorts. They apologised and gave it a quick wipe and that was it. I had to ask for a cloth so I could wipe it more and then for them to hairspray it to minimise the chance of it setting in (after quickly googling it to see what to do!) On the positive side, the people were nice and they did a really good job with the hair colour. Was it worth it though to pay 93 euro to just get my hair dyed, not even cut, particularly when my hair is only collarbone length and it was just an overall colour? Hell no, total rip off. Would only go back if I was able to obtain an accurate and lower quote beforehand (after discussing my unhappiness with the previous experience with them) and if I could find some old clothing to wear.
