P	Pina Bsteh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider eine schlechte Erfahrung. Obwohl der Schmuck schön ist, ist das Personal unhöflich. Ich habe etwas geschenkt bekommen, dass ich umtauschen wollte. Nach 2 Monaten hartem Lockdown konnte ich endlich wieder in den Juwelier gehen um das Stück mit der Rechnung umzutauschen, jedoch wurde mir erklärt dass es "zu spät sei". Obwohl ich aufgrund der Covid 19 bedingten Geschäftsschließungen keine frühere Chance hatte. Außerdem war das Personal sehr herablassend in der Art und Weise, wie mir das mitgeteilt wurde. Dass die Umtauschmöglichkeiten aufgrund des Lockdowns nicht verlängert werden finde ich sehr enttäuschend und ich muss sage, als Kunde fühlte ich mich sehr unwohl. Es ist eine Sache, einen Umtausch nicht anzunehmen, eine andere jemanden zu erklären, wie man überhaupt auf die Idee kommen würde etwas "noch" umtauschen zu können. Unfortunately a bad experience. Although the jewelry is nice, the staff is rude. I received something as a present that I wanted to exchange. After 2 months of hard lockdown I was finally able to go back to the jeweler to exchange the piece with the invoice, but was told that it was "too late". Although I didn't have an earlier chance due to the Covid 19 related store closings. Also, the staff were very condescending in the way I was told this. I find it very disappointing that the exchange options are not extended due to the lockdown and I have to say that as a customer I felt very uncomfortable. It's one thing not to accept an exchange, another to explain to someone how you would even get the idea of being able to "still" exchange something.
