The lake views are gorgeous and just relax you immediately. We only wish we had booked less sightseeing so we could enjoy the room more.
J	John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here before and were so looking forward to coming back. All was good except for 2 instances of staff being rude at breakfast - on two separate days. We didn’t want to even go to breakfast after that nor go to the main restaurant as one of the staff who was particularly rude and arrogant also works there in the evening. Upon check-out, I brought it to the attention of the staff at reception and they apologised and did their best to try and remedy the situation but the damage was done. If I had been treated that way in the street, I would have been surprised, but I was shocked it happened at a so-called 5 star establishment. We won’t be going back. The main thing is the disappointment. We were so looking forward to our stay after our great memories from staying some years previously. I hope the events were isolated otherwise management need to take a very close look at the behaviour of a few bad apples. It lets the whole team down, who were otherwise fantastic, especially the younger members. It just left a bitter taste from the whole stay.
O	Oded on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location breathtaking view. Rooms need an upgrade and modernisation. Very clean and well maintained. Dinner has to be improved at that rank of hotel. Breakfast is outstanding. Service is excellent. Overall we had a. Wry good vacation.
C	Chris Hein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here in September of 2021. The resort could not be more picturesque. The location is simply astounding with a breathtaking lake and surrounding mountains. There is also easy access to walk straight onto a lovely 3 mile walking trail around the lake. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was professional and quickly done. I used Marriott Bonvoy points and found it to be a really good value for the points. We got free breakfast (which was extremely good) as a Platinum/Titanium member, and the overall perks were great. They had the ability to use classic BMW or Mercedes convertibles for free to drive around the area which was a super pleasant surprise. They also refilled the free mini fridge daily with fresh beers, sodas, juices, and waters. The food at the restaurants (and room service) was excellent if a bit expensive, but not crazy for the location. I can't recommend it enough (especially using Bonvoy points).

The experience is just fantastic, the hotel is located in a quite decent place on an half island, beautiful. More importantly the staff, service is outstanding before I arrive and upon arriving and during the whole stay. I haven’t seen a team so consistent, caring and really put all my requests as priorities and delivered really high quality. Don’t want to list all the details but the experience so far is truly beyond my expectations and my family really enjoyed the new year even during pandemic. Will come back!
