l	lilli Spiesberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte mich auf die Einkehr sehr gefreut! Bin mega enttäuscht ! Begrüßung sehr distanziert zuerst Hände desinfizieren bevor ein "Grüß Gott" zu höre war! Da ich mit kleinen Hund unterwegs war durfte ich nur im hinteren Bereich der Terrasse Platz nehmen Oktober überall Schatten und sehr kalt! Unterm Tisch Glasscherben anscheinend lange nicht gekehrt! Aber gut der Kellner freundlich aber mit großem sichtbaren Loch in der Hose am Hinterteil nicht schön zum anschauen! Zum Essen möchte ich nur sagen das man um diese Jaheszeit gerne was saisonale zu essen hätte! Kürbis Pilze....! Anstatt Tomatensuppe und Wiener! Der Ausblick wunderschön macht aber das Gesamtbild nicht unbedingt wieder gut! Alles liebe ! I was really looking forward to the stop! I am very disappointed! Sehr gute Auswahl an offenen Weinen. Riesige Weinkarte zum Teil mit Raritäten. Sehr aufmerksamer und äußerst freundlicher Service. Der Blick auf den Fuschl See ist atemberaubend. Die großen Fenster erinnern an den Bauhaus Stil und sind außergewöhnlich für ein Gebäude aus dem 15 Jahrhundert. Ein Tipp. Die Tische in der zweiten Reihe bieten ein viel schöneres visuelles Erlebnis als direkt am Fenster. Die großen Fenster Rahmen den See und die Berge wie ein Gemälde. Traumhaft. Excellent restaurant. Good selection of haute cuisine dishes and traditional Austrian cuisine at the highest level. Very good selection of open wines. Huge wine list, some with rarities. Very attentive and extremely friendly service. The view of the Fuschl lake is breathtaking. The large windows are reminiscent of the Bauhaus style and are exceptional for a building from the 15th century. One tip. The tables in the second row offer a much nicer visual experience than directly at the window. The large windows frame the lake and mountains like a painting. Fantastic.

The hotel's website says that the dress code restaurant is official, but in fact, almost all guests are in sweatpants. Not pretty, like in a cheap eatery.
Z	Zeyang Xu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schloss Restaurant 一家万豪集团The Luxury Collection酒店的餐厅，可与米其林3星相媲美，用的餐具清一色实银意大利奢侈餐具品牌Sambonet，网上学习了一下，一套72 piece的纯钢餐具要1500欧元。可想Sambonet的一套实银餐具应该要上5000欧元了。Wine Book就和字典一样。还有很少能吃到的吉普赛女巫料理汤，看来厨师很不一般，全套菜都是取自当地食材，有小牛肉，白尾鹿肉，驯鹿肉，淡水三文鱼，淡水虹鳟鱼和虹鳟鱼卵，黑松露，鹅肝，龙虾，喝的红酒是2011年的法国超级波尔多被叫做月相的红酒，酒庄没看，级别AOC，不知道翻译的对不对???。总体感觉很不错，9道菜用餐时间4小时，正正好好把一瓶红酒喝完。但餐品的味道衔接做的不是很好。达不到米其林三星标准，二星还是有的。很有意思的餐厅，值得推荐。 Schloss Restaurant, a restaurant of The Marriott Collection of Marriott Group, is comparable to 3 Michelin stars. Aus der eigenen Fischerei besonders zu empfehlen, Preise dem Ambiente entsprechend hoch, aber in Ordnung! Ist auch für Einheimische einen Besuch wert! Wonderful view while eating from the terrace over the lake, very good cuisine with great creations, fish in all variations, especially recommended from our own fishery, Prices are high according to the ambience, but okay! Several waiters and waitresses around but nobody seemed to be working there as nobody carded us. Last orders were at 14:00 and after 15 minutes of waiting we gave up and left. Three other tables were also waiting and ultimately gave up and left. Beautiful scenery, which unfortunately isn’t matched by the service.
