Ein großes Dankeschön an das Team Sport Lohmann Obergurgl für den tollen Service beim Kauf unserer geschäumten Strolz-Skischuhe. Wir haben insgesamt 4 Paar schäumen und anpassen lassen. Das Ergebnis spricht wirklich für sich: Keine Druckstellen mehr, warme Füße, ein tolles Gefühl auf den Ski! Auch kleine notwendige Nachbesserungen wurden sehr hilfsbereit und mit größter Sorgfalt bearbeitet! Absolut top! Ein tolles Team, mega sympathisch, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Und danke für den super Shuttle-Service ;-) Sport Lohmann Obergurgl kann ich wirklich empfehlen!

Hier ist jeder Einkauf eine Freude und ein Erlebnis. Vielen Dank an das super nette Lohmann Team. Wir haben mit Freunden 4 Paar Strolz Skischuhe gekauft und anpassen lassen. Jeder ist mit seinem Schuh zufrieden und die Anfertigung lief einfach problemlos, weil die Jungs ihr Handwerk verstehen. Was sonst hier erzählt wird, können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Der Service ist sensationell und ich würde hier wieder meine Strolz-Schuhe anfertigen lassen, weil es hier funktioniert und sich auf Dauer Strolz immer auszahlt! P.S. Hier wird der Tourist noch abgezockt! Hab im Geschäft in 2019 ein paar Strolz Skischuhe empfohlen bekommen, die meine Schuhprobleme lösen sollten. Die Schuhe an sich sind top, allerdings wurden die Innenschuhe beim Schäumen vertauscht. Ich habe die Schuhe reklamiert, da es starke Druckschmerzen gab (ist ja klar, wenn man im rechten Skistiefel den linken Innenschuh hat). Offensichtlich hat man es bei Lohmann bemerkt, die Innenschuhe zurückgetauscht und mir NICHTS davon gesagt. Nach dem Lockdown im vergangenen Jahr habe ich in diesem Jahr die Schuhe wieder anprobiert - natürlich wieder mit Druckstellen. Ein anderer (und diesmal echter) Strolz-Fachmann hat den Fehler sofort bemerkt. Ich lasse den Schuh dort nun nochmals schäumen und zahle nochmal 500€. Bei Sport-Lohmann bin ich nicht nur nicht auf den Fehler hingewiesen worden (der Tourist kommt ja vermutlich eh net wieder…), auch meine Reklamation wurde völlig lustlos und ohne Eingeständnis der Schlechterfüllung abgearbeitet. Ich kann nur sagen, Hände weg von diesem Laden und vor allem von der selbsternannten Expertise in Sachen Bootfitting. Das bei einem Skischuh von beinahe 1.000 Euro so etwas möglich ist, zeigt, wie in diesem Geschäft Kundenservice gelebt wird und wie man zu eigenen Fehlern steht. Den einen Stern gibts für das Schnapserl beim Anschäumen…

Sent this email but never got a reply To whom it may concern I feel I need to bring a past experience to your attention, being a frequent visitor to Obergurgl over the last 20+ years and a loyal user of Sport Lohmann. I was fitted by your staff in 2017 for a new pair of ski boots (March 10th to March 19th 2017) model Salomon Ski Boots - X Pro 10 size 28.5 . My previous boots (Lowa) were recommended, sold and fitted by Ivan (apologies do not remember his family name) which I used for 12 years and were a perfect fit and comfortable from day one. Ivan was a true specialist in boot fitting, and I ended up recommending him to many friends who were also totally complimentary of him, his recommendations and his professionalism. Unfortunately the replacement boots were not fitted to the same standard, and after 5 trips to your shop, the boots were still really uncomfortable causing pain and numbness. This made for quite a distressing holiday, as skiing in ill-fitting boots is never the outcome you expect when investing in boots apparently fitted by an expert. When we departed Obergurgl, I was not sure if I would be able to use them again. On a visit to Deer Valley resort in Utah on 15 February 2018, bearing in mind the investment I made in 2017, I tried the boots again, but after 2 days of massive discomfort I visited a local ski shop and was advised by an experienced boot fitter that the boot sold to me by Lohmann was 3 sizes too big and was the reason for my ongoing discomfort. I ended up having to purchase an alternative boot - an Atomic sized correctly 26.0/26.5 with wide foot area which are extremely comfortable to use. As you can imagine, I am supremely disappointed with the ‘advice’ provided to me by your staff last year, and the resulting discomfort I experienced. It seems that your staff on this occasion lacked the specialist experience to provide me with the right product. I feel the need to share my experience due to the physical pain endured and the cost impact it had on me. I attach some photos of both boots to highlight the issue. Yours sincerely Chris Llewelyn

Fantastic service, great value and really good quality kit. Lovely shop too. And they gave as a lift back to the hotel.
