Der kleine, aber teilweise steile Umweg lohnt sich. Am Aussichtspunkt bietet sich ein grandioser Blick über den Wolfgangsee. Erst von hier oben beeindruckt die türkise Färbung des Sees in besonderem Maße. The Scheffelblick is a vantage point that branches off from the pilgrim path between St. Gilgen and St. Wolfgang on the way to the Falkenstein. The small but sometimes steep detour is worthwhile. At the vantage point there is a magnificent view over Lake Wolfgang. Only from up here is the turquoise color of the lake particularly impressive.
