F	Franz Frank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da die Kulmspitze in den Wintermonaten fast immer über die Hochnebelgrenze hinausragt, schätze ich sie als Wanderziel ganz besonders. Sowohl von Stabau als auch von Oberwang aus ist der Gipfel mit dem Aussichtsturm unter einer Stunde Gehzeit zu erreichen. Es tut so gut, dem Nebel zu entkommen und in Bewegung zu bleiben. Since the Kulmspitze almost always protrudes above the high fog line in the winter months, I particularly value it as a hiking destination. Both from Stabau and from Oberwang, the summit with the observation tower can be reached in under an hour's walk. It's so good to get out of the fog and keep moving.

Offizielle eröffnen Frühjahr 2020. New lookout tower on the Kulmspitze The tower is accessible from Mondsee / Stabau or Oberwang / Kulmbauer. Walking time about 1 hour. Officials open spring 2020.
M	Marcel Villain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöner Ausblick. Aber heißer Tip, NICHT bei Schnee gehen!! Nur sichere Geher, bevorzugt mit Schneeschuhe. Nice view. But hot tip, DO NOT go when there is snow!! Only safe walkers, preferably with snowshoes.

D	Daniel Tausche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschönes Ausflugsziel. Jedoch die Zeitangabe von Stadtmitte bis oben ist mit 1,5 h etwas übertrieben. Man braucht selbst als geübter Minimum 2 Stunden. Wonderful destination. However, the time from the city center to the top is a bit exaggerated at 1.5 hours. You need 2 hours even as a practiced minimum.

Achtung - lieber nichts fallen lassen, ein Liegebereich unter dem Turm ist gefährdet, der sollte besser geschützt werden). Wonderful view over the very close Mondsee (even if the weather is not perfect, like ours). Attention - it is better not to drop anything, a lying area under the tower is at risk, it should be better protected).
e	eva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pin is not where the summit or the tower is. The direct path is closed (private land) and the walk leads all around the summit until it goes up. 10 min on google maps, 1 hour in real life. Winter? Add 30 min cause it can be knee deep up there.
