I had imagined something bigger with proper guidance. On the other hand, the cheese tasted all the better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erwartung, dass man eine kleine Führung (die Käserei ist nur ein Raum) bekommt wurde leider enttäuscht. Man kann durch Plexiglasscheiben zusehen, wie die Mitarbeiter arbeiten, aber sonst steckt nicht viel dahinter.
My expectation that you would get a little tour (the cheese dairy is only one room) was unfortunately disappointed. You can watch the employees working through Plexiglas windows, but there is not much else behind them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 leckere selbstgemachte Käsesorten mit Möglichkeit der Verkostung vor dem Kauf und frische Molkegetränke.. PkW-Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Leider die letzte Live-Vorführung um 13 Uhr verpasst. Daher nur Video in Endlosschleife verfügbar gewesen. Den Kindern hat es aber gefallen. Das ist die Hauptsache.

Unfortunately, the last live demonstration at 1 p.m. was missed. Hence, only video was available in an endless loop. But the children liked it. That is the main thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nulla da eccepire sui posti e sul ristorante, al contrario della malga che c'è a fianco. siamo entrati con l'intenzione di acquistare qualche prodotto, ma la signora dietro al bancone, non sò se titolare o meno, è rimasta al telefono 5 minuti abbondanti ridendo e scherzando senza neppure, per lo meno, farci un cenno come per dire "vengo subito", allorchè abbiamo preso e ce ne siamo andati. pobabilmente non avevano bisogno di ulteriore incasso. MAI PIU' !!!!
nothing to complain about the places and the restaurant, unlike the hut next to it. we entered with the intention of buying some products, but the lady behind the counter, I don't know if the owner or not, stayed on the phone for 5 minutes laughing and joking without even, at least, giving us a nod as if to say "I'm coming immediately ", when we took and left. probably they did not need further collection. NEVER AGAIN' !!!!

1. They offered topping options for my germknodel: poppy seed or heroin.
2. When we said the soup was so salty it's inedible, they fixed it quickly. Brought a cup of hot water. Now it's salty and watery.
