So dont know where to start.we have arrived at Nassfeld and went to this restaurant after few hours of skiing.we went 12 times in Austria on 12 different ski areas and never experienced such a bad attitude from any of workers beforw.we went to restaurant and ordered drinks.lady at checkout was nice and smiled.problem was with one guy at the kitchen.he approach us and ask what we want.my girlfriend politely said that we still need some time and we are not ready yet.he went crazy and shouted that we have to speak german when we coming here ( to be honest i think he was italian but dont matter ) then he went to speak with another worker in the kitchen and they both started laughing at us ( in german so we dont understand) we have decided to have only drinks and not eat anything due to this guy.we stayed in Nassfeld for 9 days and never came back to this place.please avoid

So lets begin. First of all, nobody from the staff speaks english or any other language, which is surprising in the 21. century. I tried to communicate with them but they were offended that I didn't buy drinks. It continued that they could hardly give lactose free food, which I think is also surprising. Well, we bought eventually soups and then we started to drink our own tea, which is not that basic whatever they sell and my parents ate their lactose free cookies, when one of the staff member came and told us ( in german) to immediatelly leave becouse we can't eat our own there. So after they couldn't offer edable food for lactose intolerants, and we all bought some kind of food, they just told us to leave. In a rude tone of course. If you are not prepared to make a proper restaurant, then don't do it. Also, the food was 10/2, I'm really disappointed.

Cute little place up on the mountain. One of the stops on the Millennium Express, each made it a convenient stop. We had drinks and chocolate cake at the restaurant. The fresh milk was delicious as was the cake. None of the information was on English, so we were just winging it. Not sure if there was a guided tour or if they expected us to pay for the self-guided option. There was a video and then an open area where you could watch through the glass as they prepared the cheese. The cheese and meat from the little shop was tasty.
