★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful area to spend a day with the children. In my opinion, many of the attractions are not suitable for younger kids (toddlers), and keep in mind that you most of the rides are self-operated, so strongly suggest adult supervision even for older kids.
The lake is quiet, views are amazing, good selection of food at the restaurant but sundries or toys are not available, so make sure you have everything you need. If you live nearby, it is probably worth purchasing a season pass.
