Ausserdem schickt sie ihren Kunden und Kundinnen stets gute Ratschläge und auch eigene Erfahrungen weiter. Sie informiert auch immer über alle Updates. Ich fühle mich bei ihr einfach wirklich gut beraten obwohl ich mein Gerät schon 2 Jahre in Verwendung habe.
 Sandra is a consultant who can be contacted for any question even after the purchase. In addition, she always sends her customers good advice and her own experiences. It also keeps you informed about all updates. I feel really well advised by her even though I've been using my device for 2 years.

Sie kennt ihre Produkte im Detail und kann daher am besten beurteilen, was für ihre Kund*Innen passt, vor allem, weil sie gut zuhört und sich in ihre Kund*innen hineinversetzen kann. Und - was überhaupt nicht selbstverständlich ist - aber Sandra in besonderem Maße auszeichnet: Sie ist immer für Dich da, wenn es ein Problem gibt. Und sie findet meist schnell eine Lösung, weil sie in allen Fragen am Ball ist. Und weil sie besonders hilfsbereit ist, gibt sie auch noch reihenweise Tipps. Also so wertvolle Geräte wie Thermomix oder pampered Chef Sachen sollte man unbedingt bei ihr kaufen.

Sie nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für ihre Kunden und jedesmal wenn ich ein Problem hatte oder einen Rat gebraucht habe bzgl. Thermomix war sie zur Stelle und sie meldet sich auch echt rasch, wenn man etwas braucht. Sie gibt super Tipps, kennt sich echt gut aus und ist immer total freundlich. ??

She takes a lot of time for her customers and every time I had a problem or needed advice about Thermomix, she was there and she answers really quickly if something is needed. She gives great tips, knows her way around and is always very friendly. ??
