I	Iris Nannen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch für kurze Übernachtung empfehlenswert. Sehr sauber, gute Betten. Frühstück gibt es beim Bäcker nebenan. Gerne wieder. Also recommended for short overnight stays. Very clean, good beds. Breakfast is available at the bakery next door. Gladly again.
S	Stephen Albers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sauber, gute Betten, Tiefgarage, kleine Küche (2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Spüle, kleine Spülmaschine), Kleiderschrank, Schließfach, tolles Bad, gut isolierte Fenster, großer Fernseher, Kaffeemaschine (nicht benutzt, keine Ahnung ob sie gut ist), Zimmer ist gut ausgeleuchtet. Clean, good beds, underground parking, small kitchen (2 hotplates, fridge, sink, small dishwasher), wardrobe, locker, great bathroom, well-insulated windows, large TV, coffee machine (not used, no idea whether it is good), room is well lit.
D	Dennis Dede on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr guter Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer waren ausgezeichnet konzipiert! Gerade die Kücheneinrichtung in ihrer Modularität war gut verschachtelt. Sie hat wenig Platz weggenommen und hatte alles zu bieten. Hier wurde ein sehr gutes Prinzip umgesetzt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geordnet gewesen. Die Absprache, Abwicklung bei den Angaben von AirB&B war etwas problematisch. Der Code, den man zum Einchecken erhalten hat, hat reibungslos beim Gebäude und beim Zimmer geklappt, jedoch nicht für das Tor der Tiefgarage. Der Kontakt bei AirB&B entspricht nicht ganz dem der zuständigen Kontaktperson. Ebenfalls war bei AirB&B die Check-Out-Zeit auf 11 Uhr gelegt, beim Aparthotel aber 10 Uhr betrug. An der Stelle wäre eine bessere Absprache wünschenswert gewesen. Nichtsdestotrotz konnte man einen sehr guten Aufenthalt genießen! Very good stay! The rooms were designed excellently! The modularity of the kitchen furnishings in particular was well nested. It took up little space and had everything to offer. A very good principle has been implemented here. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The agreement, processing with the information from AirB & B was a bit problematic. The code that you received to check in worked smoothly for the building and the room, but not for the gate of the underground car park. The contact at AirB & B does not quite match that of the responsible contact person. At AirB & B, the check-out time was also set to 11 a.m., but at the aparthotel it was 10 a.m. At this point, a better agreement would have been desirable. Nevertheless, you could enjoy a very good stay!
K	Katja Low on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Konzept! Einchecken wann man will ohne Stress, Waschmaschine vorhanden, die man bei Bedarf unkompliziert benutzen darf. Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sauber. Bäckerei direkt im Erdgeschoss. Great concept! Check in whenever you want without stress, washing machine available, which you can easily use if necessary. Room was modern, clean. Bakery directly on the ground floor.

No Toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (4 capsules included), tea maker, fridge, stove, kitchenware, microwave with grill, dishwasher, no oven. Kitchen is very small (inside a cabinet) but it has everything for a few days. Toiletries. Good mattress. Pretty new, inside a modern office building without front desk in downtown Frastanz. Self checking with code. Easy parking underground inside the property. Elevator from the parking to the apartment. A little bit of traffic noise with the window opened. Good wifi. Great bakery in the same building.
