I lived in a Greenpoint apartment for half a year - I can wholeheartedly recommend it! Good location, very nice, bright, quiet and modern apartment and extremely nice, friendly and helpful people! Highly recommended! :-)

We booked an apartment for a week and moved out immediately after a short night! The room has a temperature of 30 degrees (without air conditioning) you can save yourself the opening of the windows to the inner courtyard because the partying took place until 4:00 a.m. (staff), despite repeated requests, no response ? and from 8:00 a.m. it was then continue with the breakfast sound! The curtain came off the rail, you have the door handle in your hand and the floor needs to be wiped! Conclusion, with a family this is definitely not recommended. The star cannot be awarded either, but technically it is not possible to remove it. For a relatively new apartment building this is very disappointing!…. Our son fell overnight due to the reasons given above. The bloody towel should still have been visible! We assume that we will be reimbursed for the rest of the week, otherwise we will pass the matter on to consumer protection.

The apartment is very comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for living, wi-fi is included in the price. There is a garage for a car. If you are traveling by Tesla, then you can also charge your car in the garage, which takes energy from solar panels on the roof. As for the apartment itself, at the entrance there is a dressing room right away, where, in addition to outerwear, you can also store suitcases and other large items. Next to the bathroom and toilet, all separate. The room has a huge two bedroom, as well as a small kitchen with an extractor hood and an electric stove. Spacious terrace with comfortable rattan chairs and a small table for pleasant morning and evening gatherings. A pleasant bonus and novelty for me was the temperature control system in the apartment, which is heated by solar panels, which are located on the roof of the house. It is very convenient that you can set a comfortable temperature, I like it when it is 25-6 degrees, and after the appropriate settings, 1 degree is approximately dialed for about an hour. I think it will not be news that the apartment is equipped with a fire safety system. The bathroom has a special sensor for water, which lies under the washbasin, if flooding suddenly occurs, then a signal will be sent from the sensor to the control unit, while it will notify you with a sound signal, then it will activate the ball drive, which will stop the water supply. As for the staff, they are all very welcoming and friendly. The corridor is very clean, neat and beautiful, everything is done with taste. There is a spacious lift. The pricing policy is average for Austria. In general, very profitable. It is convenient that there are a lot of grocery stores, shopping centers nearby, and the view from the terrace is decorated with mountains. A more detailed video review is on my YouTube channel.
